I am grateful that my mum came back from hospital nice and healthy after treatment for breast cancer – and that we have a big mulberry tree at home!
How lucky am I? I am healthy. I am free to follow my dreams. I don’t need much sleep. I am 60 this year, have 50 new ideas a day, ski like I’m 40, feel like 30!
My father died just before I turned 8, so I am grateful that I was here to celebrate my son’s 8th birthday with him last week. Every day that I am in good health and here for my family is a blessing.

I am grateful for so many things in my life. Most importantly is the love and support I that I get from my partner, family and friends. They make my world sparkle and I so lucky to have them in my life. I have learnt so much from them and I’m constantly inspired by the amazing things they do.

Grateful in April is a global campaign to get people focused on feeling good about what they’ve already got in their lives. It’s amazing what can occur when you find ways to be grateful for what you have.
Treat yourself or someone you care about with a m.a.d. pack. Contains two books filled with tips and hints for making a difference to others and reducing your environmental impact, inspirational magnets and a set of Random Acts of m.a.d. cards. The books, How to be m.a.d. (making a difference) and m.a.d. (making a difference) in a green way are printed on recycled paper using soy ink and a waterless process.
